This is a proposed Student Center/Dorm on the campus in Spartanburg, adjacent to both the existing tennis courts and newly constructed student residences.

The plan calls for the grade level of the major building to be used for various student services, including a book store, a food court, and career services. The building also includes some classroom space and a tennis pro shop.

The upper levels contain student residences, with apartment style layouts instead of dorm rooms. The exterior utilizes traditional materials, brick, steel and stucco, but presents a more modern appearance.

The design includes outdoor spaces for the students, consisting of an entry courtyard, outdoor dining/study space, and a sloped lawn for viewing tennis matches.
