To go along with the oceanfront Oceans One Resort condominium building, the developer required a sales office for potential buyers and leasors.  The result is this conversion of the laundry and maintenance building of the original motel on the resort site into a modern sales center.  The architectural style and finishes match the new oceanfront tower, a necessary factor as the two buildings are separated by the high traffic Ocean Boulevard.  In addition to sales offices, the center also acts as a check-in lobby for short term guests for both the Oceans One Resort and other properties run by the developer.  The renovation included administrative offices for the resot on the upper floor. The beautifully tiled lobby was featured by Crossville Tiles in its website advertising.
