Located on Ocean Boulevard and 5th Avenue South in Myrtle Beach, this was to be a comprehensive resort designed to to combine several lots occupied by a variety of older motels, inns and beach cottages, all owned by the same family. The project includes a phased ocean front tower with a restaurant, a second row tower housing more units, meeting spaces and the main lobby, and a third row property containing rentable townhouses, parking garage and a conference center. The two towers compliment each other with curved facades, and combinations of both open and solid railings at balconies. The 3rd row townhouses are designed to be livable year round, though they could be rented on a daily basis. The collapse of the real estate market came before working drawings began on this project.
