The Boulineau family holdings in North Myrtle Beach included an older building in the Cherry Grove Section of North Myrtle Beach.  However, this building was showing its age, and losing business to newer stores being built along the Boulevard and Sea Mountain Highway.  Therefore, Mozingo and Wallace was hired to update the combination gift shop / food store’s facade. These renovations included, on the food store side replacement of the existing windows on both the upper and lower levels, adding an inside corner tower to accentuate the entrance, addition of fixed awnings, and the reworking all vertical surfaces with a new E.I.F.S. finish.  The gift shop received a new full length porch with a central tower over the entrance, and the same window and wall surface treatments as the grocery store.  This was all done without any disruption of the interiors, excluding access for window replacement, as per the Owner’s request.
