In 2003, Beach First Bank decided to move its main operations from the original building done by M+W. The move coincided with an expansion of services, so a much larger facility was required. These drawings were produced in an effort to obtain this work. The concept involved essentially twin buildings connected by a glazed atrium/entry. The bank would occupy one side and lease offices in the opposite side. The exterior has a traditional appearance, as the relatively new bank wished to create a more established appearance.
