A local developer hoped to turn a former Martin's Golf Superstore into a small retail center.  Mozingo+Wallace offered the designs on this page for the developer's sales efforts with both the city and potential clientele.  A portion of the existing building is preserved and repurposed with other new elements built from scratch to take advantage of the entire site and create an efficient parking layout that would allow for more retail space.  The building design style is Caribbean resort to go along with North Myrtle Beach's relaxed tourist atmosphere.
