Inspired by Dutch West Indies architecture, this collection of exclusive homes sits at the north end of Myrtle Beach.  Mozingo + Wallace designed both the set of eight custom home and the small neighborhood where they are located.  Each of the home plans include alternative decorative elements such that no two of the 29 homes in the site are identical.
